What You'll Do

The Product Analyst is a key role in the Career Development function.

• You will collaborate with HR squad members to ensure user stories and artifacts meet the needs of the Product Owner, and key stakeholders.
• You will use your deep knowledge of staffing applications and business process to support the Product Owner with backlog prioritization.
• You will work closely with the Product Owner and key stakeholders to ensure the solution meets business needs and acceptance criteria.
• You will work with a team of internal & external technical resources, as well as a cross-functional including broader HR, Finance and IT to define enhancements.
• You will provide high quality application support- in which you will respond to and meet the business needs of the entire BCG organization.
• You will be expected to participate in hands-on functional enhancements activities as well as providing guidance and oversight of functional / technical activities to successfully execute projects related to BCG’s HR applications.
• Additionally, you will work to provide functional support, day to day operational activities, & working with squad to advocate and support end user requirements.
• You will also assist the Change Manager in the creation of release supporting documents, drive office hours calls with the users, and all other change management activities.

This role is part of the Talent Management Product Team within the HR Product Portfolio and works closely with the Career Development Teams, Product Owner and Change Manager. You will also work closely with other functional team including broader HR and Finance to understand data flow and integrations.
