Role Description

This is an internship role for a Telecaller based in Gurgaon. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, providing information about our services, and following up on inquiries. You will also be required to maintain records of interactions with clients, schedule appointments, and handle any client queries or concerns professionally. This is an on-site position, where you will be working closely with the team to achieve set targets.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service and client handling experience
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Prior experience in telecalling or a related field is a plus
• Fluency in English and Hindi
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in communications or related fields are beneficial
