Delta V Engineering and Operational support

Key Responsibilities

• Design and Configuration : Develop and configure DeltaV DCS solutions in compliance with project requirements and industry standards
• Commissioning and Qualification : Support the commissioning and qualification (C&Q) phase of new drug substance facilities, ensuring successful integration and operation of critical control systems
• Operational Support : Provide operational and project support for PLC, DCS, Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), and ancillary data systems used to control and collect data for manufacturing operations
• Troubleshooting : Resolve software and automation-related issues during the C&Q phase and ensure smooth system integration
• Continuous Improvement : Be accountable for system performance, continuous improvement, and large-scale innovation
• Required Qualifications :
• Experience : Extensive hands-on experience with DeltaV control systems and a proven track record in commissioning and qualification of biopharma plants
• Technical Skills : Strong technical skills in automation design, troubleshooting, and supporting software systems
• Industry Knowledge : Familiarity with industry standards such as ISA S-88, S-95, GAMP,GXP compliance.
