Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Experiential Events Project Head – Event Operations, located in Gurgaon. The Project Head will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of event planning and management, including budgeting, coordination, and execution of events. They will liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful event delivery, manage event schedules and logistics, and lead the event operation team. The role also entails client facing responsibilities during pitching as well as execution stage to ensure client satisfaction through exceptional service and execution.

Must Haves

• Strong Interpersonal and Project Management skills
• Minimum 10-15 years of prior experience in Experiential event operations
• Proven Track record of leading and executing large scale successful events
• Detailed knowledge of event production and technicals
• Proficiency in Budgeting and financial management
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business, or related field
