Role Description

We are seeking a Lead Mechanical Design Engineer with 6–7 years of experience in mechanical machine design to join our team. This is an on-site, full-time role where you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all mechanical engineering projects, designing innovative machinery, and leading a team of 7–10 engineers.

The role involves utilizing CAD software, conducting research and development, and managing projects to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of 7–10 mechanical design engineers.
• Design and develop mechanical machines and solutions for the agricultural sector.
• Create detailed designs using CAD software.
• Oversee end-to-end project management to ensure successful execution.
• Conduct research and development (R&D) to drive innovation in farm mechanization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
