Job descriptionDefine testing strategy, standards, and best practices across the QA lifecycle. Develop scalable test suites for validating APIs, data pipelines, and distributed Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to integrate tests into CI / CD Analyze system metrics, identify bottlenecks, and drive performance improvements. Guide and mentor junior QA engineers, ensuring high-quality deliverables. 7+ years in QA / test automation with at least 2+ years in a lead / ownership role. Strong Python programming and experience with Pytest or similar frameworks. Proven experience in system-level testing of distributed platforms. Familiar with observability tools (Prometheus, ELK, OpenTelemetry) and protocols Working knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and Linux environments. Effective communicator with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.
