Key Responsibilities :
- Gather requirements from business partners and translate functional needs into technical / functional specifications for Oracle SCM Cloud modules.
- Provide customer service support including tracking, diagnosis, replication, troubleshooting, and resolution of critical cases.
- Take ownership of customer issues and follow through on all assignments.
- Support incident management and triage functional / technical issues; prioritize and escalate business-critical problems.
- Assist with SaaS configuration and administration : workflows, business rules, roles, approvals, reports, data security, etc.
- Manage Service Requests (SRs) with Oracle, including ticket creation and lifecycle management.
- Analyze impact of quarterly updates, perform UAT / regression testing, and communicate risks or changes to the business.
- Monitor and support integrations, inbound / outbound APIs, file flows, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) / OFS.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation, FAQs, quick guides, and process manuals.
- Advocate for user satisfaction and recommend improvements for recurring issues.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and Oracle / organizational policies, and promote SaaS best practices.
