Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell agricultural products to farmers, distributors, and retailers in assigned regions.
- Provide technical support and product knowledge to customers regarding seeds, fertilizers, and pesticides.
- Build strong customer relationships and handle queries or complaints effectively.
- Conduct field visits, demonstrations, and farmer meetings to generate awareness and boost sales.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
- Report daily sales activities, customer feedback, and field developments to the manager.
