Assistant Manager – Pursuits & Proposals Support
Job Description
- Write and edit proposal documents
- Manage the proposal process, organize kick-off meetings and deliver proposals within the required timelines
- Ensure that the shell template meets RFP requirements, subsequent drafts carry the right content tailored to the opportunity and final document is Brand & Regulatory compliant
- Work with client service professionals and subject matter experts in Canada in developing winning proposals
- Be an active member of the Canadian Pursuits / Proposals team
Skills and Experience
2 to 6 years of experience in proposal development including exposure to leading proposals across different service linesExcellent English language grammar writing and communication skillsResponsible for the development and management of the proposal workflow to adhere to the work plan, schedules, and milestonesProvide input in the proposal strategy formulation and support the Client Service Teams for developing the winning theme and value propositionStrong capabilities in writing and editing proposal documents (RFPs / RFIs etc.)Ease at collaborating effectively with multi-cultural, dispersed and multi-disciplinary teams; good team playerAbility to build and manage the relationship with key stakeholdersCapable of managing multiple deadlines and competing priorities at the same timeAbility to handle and manage stressExperience working with various levels of leadership, including Senior Managers & PartnersDetail-oriented individual with good creative eyeExcellent in proofreadingAdvanced Proficiency with Microsoft office tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc.), including the ability to create and modify styles in Word and PowerPointEducational Qualification
Graduate with a Bachelor’s degreeMBA (good to have)Experience of working or studying abroad is a plus
