OVERVIEW :

Our client, a globally reputed apparel manufacturer, is seeking a dynamic and technically proficient Manager – Product Development to lead innovation and product creation for international markets. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving digital transformation within product development, enhancing efficiency, and ensuring technical excellence across R&D functions.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Lead the product development process from concept to bulk production, ensuring alignment with buyer requirements and quality standards.
• Oversee R&D initiatives including pattern development, fit approvals, and sample execution .
• Drive the transition from manual to digital pattern-making systems and standardized workflows.
• Collaborate with automation and software partners to integrate CAD and digital design tools into production systems.
• Partner with cross-functional teams in Design, Merchandising, and Production to ensure seamless product realization.
• Monitor performance, identify process bottlenecks, and implement continuous improvements in cost, quality, and speed-to-market.
