Job Summary :
We are looking for a Senior Trainer with strong Learning & Development expertise . This is a role where the primary responsibility is conducting training sessions (technical, non-technical, product, and sales), while also supporting the organization’s overall L&D strategy, competency building, and performance development initiatives .
The ideal candidate is someone who loves training , understands adult learning principles, and can also handle TNI, competency mapping, onboarding frameworks, performance monitoring, and reporting .
Key Responsibilities
Training Delivery & Facilitation (Core Responsibility) :
- Deliver technical, non-technical, product, and sales trainings across teams.
- Develop core competencies within domains and train sales teams to deliver strong and effective program pitches .
- Conduct concept-based training , objection-handling sessions, and skill-enhancement workshops.
- Execute innovative and interactive training methodologies to drive engagement.
- Address queries and resolve objections using strategic and critical thinking .
- Train new hires during Sales Onboarding batches , ensuring they understand product, process, and business expectations.
- Ensure the entire onboarding training process is streamlined and effective.
Learning & Development Responsibilities
Perform Training Need Identification (TNI) and skill-gap analysis.Work with cross-functional teams to build, re-build, and refine product trainings .Develop competency frameworks, grading systems , and capability maps for different roles.Build structured training plans to upskill sales and operations teams.Develop strategies for Sales teams to deliver multiple programs under the same domain .Identify system and process gaps and present actionable solutions.Support in building business growth strategies through capability enhancement.Performance Monitoring, Efficiency Mapping & Reporting :
Conduct efficiency mapping across Sales and Operations teams to assess skill levels, productivity, and training impact.Track post-training improvement and analyze how skills translate into performance.Monitor training effectiveness using defined KPIs and performance indicators.Prepare and present Business Intelligence reportsMaintain comprehensive monthly L&D dashboards and reports for leadership.Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s / Master’s in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field.5–8 years of experience as a Trainer with additional exposure to L&D.Strong experience in sales training , product training, communication training, and behavioral skills.Excellent facilitation, presentation, and public speaking skills.Analytical mindset with ability to create meaningful learning dashboards and reports.Ability to design training content, modules, and competency frameworks.Why this Role is Unique
