About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Oracle HCM Cloud System Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud modules combined with hands-on technical experience. You will be responsible for designing, configuring, developing, and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud solutions that align with business objectives.
Responsibilities
Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on Oracle HCM Cloud modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, Talent Management, Learn, Time & Labor, and Recruiting
Translate Business requirements into Oracle HCM Cloud configurations and technical solutions
Design and implement functional setups, workflows, and customizations using tools like HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, BI Publisher, OTBI, HDL, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
Work closely with, HR, and IT teams to provide techno-functional support and resolve system issues
Develop reports and dashboards using OTBI, BI Publisher, and HCM Analytics
Manage data migrations and bulk loads using HDL, HSDL, and spreadsheet loaders
Provide ongoing support for system upgrades, enhancements, integrations, and new module rollouts
Participate in testing activities (unit, integration, UAT) and prepare documentation
Support audit and compliance requirements by ensuring system configurations are aligned with organizational policies
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, HR, or related field
Minimum of 3–7 years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM in a techno-functional role.
Strong knowledge of one or more Oracle HCM Cloud modules (Core HR, Payroll, T&L, Absence, Talent, Compensation, Benefits, etc.)
Experience with technical tools : HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, HDL, HSDL, BI Publisher, OTBI, SQL, and Web Services (SOAP / REST)
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Preferred Qualifications
Oracle Cloud HCM Certification
Experience with international HCM implementations or multi-country rollouts
Familiarity with Agile methodologies
