Role Description

We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for resolving customer issues in production , ensuring the stability and performance of our systems, and maintaining infrastructure at scale. You will implement and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) , design and maintain CI / CD pipelines , and handle system administration tasks. Additionally, you will work closely with developers to ensure smooth deployments, efficient incident resolution, and continuous improvement of our production environment.

This is a hands-on role that requires strong troubleshooting skills, proactive ownership, and the ability to balance firefighting production issues with building long-term infrastructure solutions .

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues impacting customers.
• Implement, maintain, and improve CI / CD pipelines for automated deployments.
• Design and manage infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
• Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of production systems.
• Collaborate with development teams to enable seamless feature delivery.
• Automate manual processes to improve reliability and reduce operational overhead.
• Perform system administration tasks, particularly in Linux-based environments .
• Participate in on-call rotations and post-incident reviews.
