What you’ll do
Implement & configure SAP Commissions (CallidusCloud) : plans, crediting rules, rate tables, quotas, calendars, territories / positions, hierarchies, and effective‑dating / versioning.Build / operate Data Loader jobs and integration pipelines from CRM / ERP (Salesforce, SAP, Oracle); design mappings, dedupe / identity resolution, and load schedules.Translate U.S. sales comp models (accelerators, draws, caps, guarantees, ramps, overrides, SPIFs, quota attainment) into precise system logic.Create unit / system tests , perform end‑to‑end UAT with masked data, and validate results against back‑of‑the‑envelope math.Own reconciliations to payroll outputs; investigate variances with SQL and source data trails.Configure statements / reports, disputes / adjustments, and support enhancement cycles.Keep technical docs tidy : configuration specs, data dictionaries, test cases, and runbooks.How you’ll (sensibly) use GenAI & modern tools
