Job Description :

As a Media Manager specializing in Performance Marketing, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, with a focus on Meta (Facebook / Instagram) and Google Ads (Search and Performance Max). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, strategic planning, and hands-on experience with Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and execute strategic digital advertising campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and sales conversion, with a focus on performance marketing metrics.

Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns across Meta (Facebook / Instagram) and Google Ads (Search and Performance Max) platforms.

Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for campaign optimization and improvement.

Generate regular performance reports and insights for internal stakeholders, highlighting key metrics, trends, and actionable recommendations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, creative, and product teams to ensure alignment of messaging, targeting, and campaign objectives.

Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital advertising and performance marketing.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.

2-4 years of experience in digital advertising, with a focus on performance marketing.

Proven experience in planning, executing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook / Instagram) and Google Ads (Search and Performance Max) platforms.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze campaign performance, and generate actionable insights.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint for data analysis, reporting, and presentation purposes.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.

Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality of work.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Certification in Google Ads and / or Facebook Blueprint is a plus.
