Plan for outlet budget and review forecast on revenue and expenditure on monthly basicAnalyze and submit month-end reports and identify deviation from business plan goalsParticipate in management meetings to review progress towards achievement of business plan goals and develop the annual business plan related for the outletPlan implement and measure profit enhancement programs by working with the kitchen & Marketing Department. Degree in Hotel Management
Good reading writing and oral proficiency in English language
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity
Good working knowledge of MS Excel Word PowerPoint.
