Thermal and Fluid Dynamics Engineer

Invoria Global Solutions (IGS) is empaneled with one of our esteemed clients in the engineering and technology sector to support their growing simulation and design initiatives.

We are seeking an experienced CFD Engineer to join the client’s core engineering team in Bengaluru. The selected candidate will be responsible for executing high-precision CFD simulations, analyzing airflow performance, and providing technical insights for HVAC and railway environment applications.

About the Role

This role requires hands-on expertise in StarCCM+ for model preparation, meshing, and airflow simulations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in HVAC systems , railway environment airflow analysis , and fan performance modeling . You will be responsible for the entire simulation workflow — from setup to interpretation — supporting engineering design decisions through precise analytical results.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare CFD models including geometry simplification and meshing using StarCCM+ .
• Conduct CFD analyses focused on airflow, pressure losses, and porous media performance .
• Perform fan simulations and lateral airflow load assessments under railway operating conditions.
• Analyze porous media pressure losses for filters, coils, and related HVAC components.
• Interpret simulation data, document findings, and collaborate with engineering teams for design optimization.
• Ensure quality, consistency, and accuracy of simulation reports and recommendations.

🎓 Education : Bachelor’s / Diploma in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering
