Role Description

We are currently expanding and this is a full-time on-site role for a Field Marketing Specialist located in Durgapur. The Field Marketing Specialist will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, lead generation, managing accounts, and developing strong relationships with clients. The role involves daily communication with potential clients, creating and implementing strategies to drive growth, and working closely with the marketing and sales teams to achieve targets.

• THIS WILL BE A FIELD WORK
• WORKING HOURS - 11AM TO 8PM
• WEEK OFF - TUESDAY
• IF SHORTLISTED FINAL ROUND WILL BE A FACE TO FACE ROUND AT KOLKATA HEADOFFICE
• IMMEDIATE JOINERS
• SALARY - UPTO 3.6LPA + INCENTIVES
• New Business Development and Lead Generation skills
• Experience in Account Management and Business operations
• Exceptional communication skills
• Proven ability to create and maintain strong client relationships
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
