Job descriptionSupport new vendor evaluations by coordinating due diligence and documentation Maintain an up-to-date vendor performance tracker with SLA breach logs, feedback, and penalties Handle escalations and queries raised by club teams or vendors and ensure timely resolution Ensure club-level compliance to standard operating procedures in vendor usage (e.G. equipment, AMC, software, etc.) Coordinate with legal, finance, and operations to ensure end-to-end vendor alignment Publish weekly compliance dashboards and monthly performance summaries for internal reporting Participate in vendor review meetings and support continuous improvement initiatives Support vendor onboarding during events or cross-functional rollouts
