We are seeking a Senior Manager - Product Regulatory Compliance to lead and manage all product regulatory compliance activities for the A2 region (South East Asia, India, Australia, and New Zealand). This strategic role is crucial for ensuring effective, efficient, and sustainable market access for our products by working closely with internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with a strong background in regulatory compliance and cross-functional project management.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Own the regional Product Regulatory Compliance (PRC) coordination and act as the primary PRC contact for the region.
- Drive regular analysis of the PRC status and trends, identifying opportunities for business growth and process improvements.
- Drive effective and efficient measures for PRC by monitoring, evaluating, and influencing regulations and their implementation within the company.
- Ensure clear roles and responsibilities for all stakeholders and manage PRC projects for new or changed product regulations.
- Monitor and escalate as needed to ensure defined measures are performed on time before product sales or importation.
- Report the PRC status and progress regularly to HUB, MO Management , and the HQ PRC Coordinator .
- Proactively and timely communicate relevant information to all stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Prepare and conduct trainings for internal stakeholders in coordination with global counterparts.
- Engage with relevant authorities, law firms, or technical committees as a representative to ensure ongoing and proactive compliance.
Skills Required
A completed university degree (Master's) in a technical, scientific, law, or regulation-related field.At least 10 years of international professional experience in product regulatory compliance and certifications.Basic technical understanding and knowledge of product certification or regulation.Highly motivated to lead product regulatory compliance topics.Solid experience in managing complex, cross-functional, and international projects.Strong communication and presentation skills across all levels and functions.A solution-oriented and lean working approach with a strong business and strategy orientation.Fluent in English and Hindi .Skills Required
