Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Virtual Assistant based in India. The Virtual Assistant will support administrative and operational tasks, such as scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, organizing calendars, and maintaining records. Additional responsibilities include providing customer support, preparing reports, handling data entry, and coordinating communication between teams. The role requires efficiency, attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Qualifications
Strong administrative, organizational, and multitasking skills to manage schedules, correspondences, and records effectively.
Proficiency in data entry, communication coordination, and preparing accurate reports with attention to detail.
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle inquiries and concerns professionally.
Technological proficiency, including familiarity with office tools, productivity software, and communication platforms.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and adapt to dynamic environments.
Prior experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role is an advantage.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in administration, business management, or a related field is preferred.
