Recruitment for Multiple Roles
○ Customer Service Representatives (CSR)
○ Sales Producers
○ Agents in Training (Protege Program)
○ District Staff (Recruiters, Trainers, Admin, Marketing)
○ Maintain ongoing contact with top candidates who may be good future hires.
○ Assist with career fair or university recruiting coordination (Handshake, SJSU,
SCU, etc., if directed).
○ Keep a warm pool of potential Protégé and licensed candidates for district
expansion.
○ Provide weekly reports on candidate activity :
○ Applications received
○ Screens conducted○ Interviews booked
○ Hires made
improve results.
Mandatory Skills :
Min 1–2 years of experience in recruitment coordination or virtual recruiting with strong communication and follow-up skills.
Proficient in using CRM / ATS tools and managing candidate pipelines.
Able to handle end-to-end hiring tasks - screening, scheduling, and reporting.
Excellent English communication and professional phone presence.
Organized, proactive, and target-driven with attention to detail.
The position involves rotational shifts, which can start anytime between 4 : 00 PM and 10 : 00 PM, with a 10-hour work schedule.
