Role Description
This is a full-time, in-office role for a Accountant, located in Ahmedabad.
The Accountant head will be responsible for managing and analyzing financial statements and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable regulations.
Day-to-day tasks include :
- Overseeing accounting operations
- Preparing budgets, financial forecasting, and conducting risk management
- Collaborating with the finance team, providing financial insights, and supporting audits
Core Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day bookkeeping and ensure accurate entries in Tally ERP (with cost centres)Prepare Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statementsManage GST, TDS, and Income Tax filings and reconciliationsHandle LLP, MSME, and MCA compliancesCoordinate internal and statutory auditsOversee cash flow, budgeting, vendor / client payments, and prepare MIS reportsKey Skills
Strong command over Tally Prime / ERP 9 and Advanced ExcelUnderstanding of Ind-AS / IGAAP, GST portal, TRACES, and MCA filingsExcellent accuracy, organization, and communication skillsQualifications
B.Com / M.Com (mandatory)CA Inter / CMA Inter (preferred)Minimum 5 years of accounting experience in SME / LLP / Infrastructure / Project-based firms
