Job Description- Skill 1(Tower Control) :

Job Description- Skill 2 (Supply Chain - CT & EPOQ track) :

Profile Summary :

Handling cases / requests by Stores, Customer Care Centre through emails, maintain quality & TAT while meeting throughput, Processing Manual pay out, understanding on Sold-to, ship-to party etc., SO creation, good understanding on Cancellation process, checking Cancellation Report, Coordinating with Supplier to cancel PO.

Roles and Responsibilities :

Key points :

1.Basic understanding on inbound and outbound Supply Chain activities

2.Sales Order fulfilment experience would be added one.

3.Coordination with different departments / units etc. - Inbound and Outbound side (Supplie / Warehouse / Hubs / CCC / Logistics etc.)

4.Basic understanding on Inventory management 5.SAP Knowledge would be preferred
