Key Responsibilities :
- Workforce Management Reporting : Prepare and maintain MIS reports related to staffing, attendance, and productivity.
- Real-Time Adherence (RTA) : Monitor real-time adherence and provide insights to operations for corrective actions.
- Data Analysis : Analyze trends in workforce metrics to support process improvement and decision-making.
- Collaboration : Coordinate with operations and team leads to ensure accurate staffing and scheduling.
- Process Improvement : Identify gaps and assist in automating reporting processes.
Eligibility / Requirements :
Hands-on experience in Advanced Excel.Knowledge of Power BI is an added advantage.Willingness to work in rotational shifts with offs.5 Days working schedule.Both-side cab facility provided.Skills Required
