Your knowledge in the field of Electronics, Embedded Systems, and Communication will be instrumental in strengthening ERETS’s dynamic Payload and Avionics team at the IIT Indore campus , where ERETS is currently incubated for payload development and testing.

Electronics and Communication Engineer (Full-Time Role)
Location : IIT Indore Campus, India
Responsibilities
- B.Tech or Master’s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent. (Final year students with strong project experience are encouraged to apply)
- Strong understanding of embedded systems design, hardware–software integration, and digital communication principles.
- Experience or strong knowledge in microcontroller / microprocessor-based design (ARM, STM, ESP, or similar).
- Hands-on experience in circuit design, PCB development, and debugging of embedded hardware.
- Familiarity with protocols such as UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, and RS-485.
- Exposure to real-time operating systems (RTOS), firmware development, or FPGA-based design is a plus.
- Understanding of telemetry, data acquisition, and communication subsystems for space applications will be highly regarded.
- Ability to collaborate across mechanical, optical, and software teams to integrate payload systems.
- A proactive approach to troubleshooting and strong problem-solving mindset.
