We are seeking a highly skilled Electronics Engineer capable of developing standalone electronic systems from concept to production. The candidate must have strong expertise in digital and analog circuit design, component selection, PCB design, and system-level simulation. Experience with medical electronics, compliance standards (IEC 60601, ISO 13485), and EMI / EMC-compatible design practices is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design and development of electronic systems for standalone and embedded medical devices.
- Design and simulate digital, analog, and mixed-signal circuits using tools such as LTSpice, Multisim, or Proteus.
- Perform signal integrity, power integrity, and thermal simulations during the design phase.
- Select and validate electronic components based on electrical, thermal, and reliability performance.
- Develop PCB layouts ensuring EMI / EMC compatibility and adherence to design-for-manufacturing (DFM) principles.
- Collaborate with firmware, mechanical, and industrial design teams for system integration.
- Conduct prototype assembly, testing, and debugging of circuits.
- Interface with PCB fabricators and assembly vendors to ensure quality production.
- Perform EMC pre-compliance testing, filter design, and grounding / shielding optimization.
- Ensure all designs meet medical compliance standards (IEC 60601, ISO 13485, RoHS, etc.).
- Contribute to risk management (DFMEA), validation, and regulatory documentation.
