IT Supervisor

Key Objective :

To take full responsibility for the efficient operation of the IT department , ensuring secure, stable, and optimized performance of all systems, while aligning with Six Senses service standards , LQA requirements , and exceeding guest expectations.

Key Responsibilities :

Network & System Administration

• Plan, coordinate, and implement network security measures to safeguard data, software, and hardware.
• Operate master consoles to monitor system and network performance and coordinate access and usage.
• Perform routine startup and shutdown procedures , ensuring accurate maintenance of control records.
• Design, configure, and test computer hardware, networking software, and operating systems .
• Recommend and implement system improvements , identifying required hardware or software changes.
• Continuously monitor network performance , proactively identifying and implementing necessary adjustments.
