Parwah is reimagining how schools approach adolescent mental health.

We’re building a system where students, teachers, and parents can engage in open, stigma-free conversations about emotional well-being. Founded six months ago, Parwah blends psychology, empathy, and innovation to make mental health an integral part of everyday school life.

Role Description

We’re looking for a Co-Founder (with a Psychology Background) based in Delhi NCR, someone deeply passionate about solving India’s adolescent mental health crisis.

You’ll work with our 7-member core team to design frameworks, guide interventions, and shape school programs that genuinely make a difference.

The role is work-from-home , and while it will remain unpaid until we reach EBITDA positive (target : March end), it carries an equity stake and long-term leadership opportunity.

We’re currently in the product-building stage and gearing up for revenue launch by January end.

Qualifications Required

• Master’s degree in Psychology (required).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in mental health or counseling.
• Diploma / Certification in Child Guidance & Counseling preferred.
• Prior experience with adolescents or school programs is a plus.

Location : Delhi NCR (Remote-friendly)
