I'm the founder of The Factual Holding Co, and I own :

AmulyaCo , our tech holding company.

AthereusCo , our e-commerce holding company.

We're currently building two core products under amulyaco :

1. TradeBerg – the world's first AI-native trading terminal.

Think Cursor for Trading : TradingView-grade charts, Bloomberg-level data, and an AI reasoning layer that analyzes earnings, options flow, liquidity, filings, and news automatically.

We're not another retail trading app. We're creating an AI-powered, deterministic platform that will redefine how markets are analyzed.

2. AuraFarming – the AI video-to-video + text-to-video creation platform.

Upload any video, describe what you want changed, and the system recreates or clones it instantly.

It combines Gemini + GPT-4o + Veo + Sora into one seamless creative IDE.

Both products are part of a broader ecosystem where AmulyaCo is building fintech, AI, and infrastructure products that become unavoidable chokepoints in their industries.

The Role

I'm looking for a Founding Technical Co-Founder (CTO) who is a full-stack engineer and deeply understands software, AI, and infrastructure.

You'll be the technical co-founder, the one who makes this vision real.

You will architect, build, and scale everything from AI video systems like AuraFarming to AI trading terminals like Tradeberg, and future fintech infrastructure and data pipelines that connect our ecosystem.

This is a zero-to-one role : design, build, ship, iterate, and then build the engineering team beneath you.

You'll have complete autonomy, direct impact, and ownership over core architecture decisions across two of the most important verticals of AmulyaCo - AI finance and AI video creation.

What You'll Do

For TradeBerg

• Ship MVP in
• Architect scalable infra to move from retail / prosumer → enterprise funds.
• Reduce AI hallucinations with guardrails, retrieval, and schema validation.
• Translate trader workflows (EPS beats, options flow, order book liquidity) into software.
• Build deterministic pipelines for financial data analysis and reasoning.

For AuraFarming

What We're Looking For

Core Competencies

Deep full-stack fluency : React / Next.js, Node / Python (FastAPI / NestJS), PostgreSQL, Redis, S3.

Cloud and infra expertise : AWS, RunPod, Modal, Cloudflare, Docker, CI / CD.

AI and ML familiarity : LLMs (OpenAI, Gemini, Claude), vector DBs, embeddings, RAG, fine-tuning.

Systems architecture : able to design modular, secure, and high-availability infrastructure.

Video / Media tech (bonus) : ffmpeg, diffusion pipelines, video generation APIs.

Compensation

₹6L – ₹15L per year

0.5% – 8.0% equity (founding pool)
