About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Oracle Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) , Oracle BI Publisher , SQL Loader , and PL / SQL . The ideal professional will play a key role in developing, enhancing, and maintaining Oracle-based solutions that support critical business processes. Experience in the Payments or Cards & Payments domain will be a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Oracle Development
- Design, develop, and maintain Oracle EBS Reports and Forms to support core business operations.
- Create, customize, and optimize reports using Oracle BI Publisher (1–2 years experience preferred).
- Implement and manage SQL Loader processes for data import, transformation, and validation.
- Develop high-quality PL / SQL procedures, functions, triggers, and packages.
Data & Performance
Write, review, and optimize SQL scripts for performance, reliability, and scalability.Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security through best practices in database design and development.Technical Analysis & Collaboration
Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into technical specifications.Diagnose and resolve issues related to Oracle applications with minimal downtime.Participate in code reviews to uphold coding standards and promote best practices.Leadership & Documentation
Provide mentorship and technical direction to junior developers and project members.Maintain detailed technical documentation including design specifications, process flows, and release notes.Stay updated with emerging Oracle technologies and recommend process or system improvements.Qualifications
5–7 years of proven experience in :Oracle EBS Reports & FormsOracle BI PublisherPL / SQL , SQL scriptingSQL LoaderStrong understanding of Payments or Cards & Payments domain (highly desirable).Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration.Commitment to delivering high-quality, scalable, and secure Oracle solutions.Preferred Certification
Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) – Oracle Database or equivalent.
