Job descriptionB.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Civil, Structural, or related discipline. Minimum 20 years of experience in offshore oil & gas engineering, with at least 5+ years in a leadership / managerial role. Strong expertise in offshore structures, topsides, jackets, subsea systems, and pipelines. Hands-on knowledge of engineering software (STAAD, SACS, PDMS, etc.) and international standards. Proven ability to lead large teams, manage stakeholders, and deliver complex offshore projects.

Key Responsibilities :
- Lead multi-disciplinary engineering teams for offshore oil & gas projects.
- Provide technical direction across detailed engineering, FEED, and EPC phases.
- Review and approve engineering deliverables ensuring compliance with codes, standards, and project specifications.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and project management teams to ensure timely execution.
- Drive design optimization, constructability, safety, and cost-effectiveness.
- Mentor, guide, and develop engineering teams for high-performance delivery.
