HR Intern / Freelance Recruiter (Creative Hiring)

Role Overview

We’re looking for an

HR Intern or Freelance Recruiter

who can help us hire

creative talent

• Graphic Designers, Video Editors, and Motion Artists.

This is a short-term opportunity (2 months) ideal for someone who’s passionate about

creative hiring , understands design roles, and can manage

end-to-end recruitment

on a freelance or internship basis.

Compensation :

₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (for 2 months contract)

What You’ll Do

Source and screen creative professionals (designers, animators, editors).

Manage shortlisting, interview coordination, and candidate communication.

Maintain candidate data and basic recruitment records.

Support GoDesyn’s internal HR operations as needed.

What We’re Looking For

Basic understanding of

creative / design hiring .

Strong communication and coordination skills.

Proactive, organized, and reliable in follow-ups.

Comfortable working remotely and independently.

Students or early professionals in

HR / Talent Acquisition

are welcome.
