Role Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic, smart, and career-oriented individuals to join our Talent Acquisition team as IT Recruiter Interns. This internship provides real-time exposure to global recruitment operations, helping you understand how IT hiring works across different geographies including India, UK, USA, and Australia.
As an IT Recruiter Intern, you will learn to manage end-to-end hiring—from identifying candidates and conducting initial screenings to coordinating interviews and assisting with onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Search and source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other job portals.
- Understand job requirements and shortlist candidates accordingly.
- Conduct initial HR screening and assess candidate fitment.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with internal and client teams.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, databases, and interview feedback records.
- Support senior recruiters and delivery managers in closing open positions.
- Handle professional communication with candidates and hiring stakeholders.
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written) are mandatory.
- Candidates with a neutral, UK, or US accent will be given preference.
- Interest in Human Resources, Recruitment, or Talent Acquisition.
- Basic understanding of IT roles such as Cloud, DevOps, Networking, and Cybersecurity (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong coordination, interpersonal, and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with MS Office and Google Workspace tools.
- A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and commitment to timelines.
Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or any related field.
