We are looking for a proactive and technically sound Application Support Executive / Sr. Executive to provide end-to-end support for ERP and allied business applications such as Salesforce CRM, SAP SD, SAP SCM, Transport Management Systems, and other enterprise platforms.
The incumbent will ensure smooth day-to-day business operations through timely issue resolution, change management, process optimization, and close coordination with functional users and IT teams.
The role demands a strong blend of technical troubleshooting, functional understanding, and business process knowledge across Sales, Distribution, Logistics, and Supply Chain Management domains.
- Proven experience in supporting and troubleshooting Salesforce CRM, SAP SD, SAP SCM, Transport Management Systems, or equivalent ERP modules.
- Good understanding of end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, including order creation, dispatch, delivery, invoicing, and credit management.
- Exposure to system interfaces and integrations between ERP, CRM, and logistics applications.
- Proficiency in incident and problem management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Fresh service, or similar ITSM systems).
- Ability to analyze application logs, identify root causes, and collaborate with development or infrastructure teams for resolution.
- Understanding of master data management, pricing structures, inventory tracking, and customer order workflows.
- Experience in generating and maintaining reports, dashboards, and analytical insights from ERP / CRM systems.
