Job description

Job Title : AI Development Lead

  • We are seeking a highly skilled AI engineer to spearhead the development of cutting-edge voice AI systems and intelligent agents.
  • As an experienced software engineering professional with 5+ years of experience in Python or similar languages, you will design, develop, and deploy advanced AI models and systems that deliver exceptional user experiences through conversational interfaces.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design, develop, and maintain AI-driven real-time speech-to-speech conversational agents.
  • Build low-latency, high-impact features that enhance user experiences.
  • Implement end-to-end AI pipelines for maximum efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and track success metrics for AI features.
