Banking Domain Consultant position, candidates have strong experience in the US Banking domain, including TRID compliance, LOS systems and US mortgage domain knowledge
Additionally, the candidate should be capable of performing Senior Product Owner roles and responsibilities .
Role Summary
Experienced banking domain expert responsible for leading solution design and client-facing advisory across banking transformations and product implementations. Acts as the trusted subject-matter specialist bridging business stakeholders, technology teams, and regulatory / compliance owners to deliver pragmatic, compliant, and customer-focused outcomes.
At Least 3+ years of experience working in the US Banking domain that includes TRID compliance, LOS system and US mortgage domain knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead discovery and requirements workshops with senior bank stakeholders to define business objectives, scope, and success criteria.
- Translate complex banking processes into clear functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
- Design end-to-end solutions for retail, corporate, treasury, payments, cards, lending, or wealth modules (as applicable to assignment).
- Provide domain guidance on regulatory, compliance, AML / KYC, and risk requirements and ensure they are embedded in designs.
- Collaborate with architects and technical teams to validate integration approaches (APIs, messaging, ISO20022, SWIFT) and data flows.
- Drive UAT planning and execution, support defect prioritization, and validate functional fixes.
- Support change management : create training materials, run knowledge transfer sessions, and guide adoption.
- Act as the primary point of contact for domain-related matters and provide recommendations to resolve complex issues.
- Strong analysis, process mapping, and solution design skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; able to produce clear documentation and present to senior stakeholders.
