The Role :

As an Associate, Enterprise Tech Support , you will be involved in extensive technical support for the Enterprise Products of S&P Global Market Intelligence. Your role will allow you to interact directly with clients and resolve challenging technical issues. This would require gaining in and out technical knowledge of the ever evolving products. You are required to possess strong basics of coding and database concepts as well as grasp the technical details related to the products. The candidate should be able to develop innovative solutions to enhance the support process. The job entails excellent communication and analytical skills.

The Team :

S&P Global Market Intelligence is seeking an Associate, Enterprise Tech Support to join the Enterprise Tech Support team in Gurgaon. The team partners with Datafeed Application Specialists (DAS) and Sales Teams to provide technical assistance to clients in deployment and troubleshooting the "Enterprise Solutions" and assessing the technical environment dynamics within client sites that may impact product performance.

Your position as a Product Support Engineer is critical as it is the link between the end-user and our Enterprise products. Combining an expertise in our products with a deep understanding of who our clients are and how they use our tools, the Product Support Engineer is a consultant providing best and most efficient way for our clients to achieve quality results.
