The Senior Recruitment Specialist will play a pivotal role in driving the talent acquisition strategy for Adani Defence and Aerospace, ensuring alignment with the business unit’s mission to bolster India’s defence capabilities through innovation and strategic growth. This role is critical in sourcing, attracting, and onboarding top-tier talent to support the organization’s cutting-edge projects in unmanned aerial systems, small arms manufacturing, and advanced defense technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies to attract top talent for critical roles in defence and aerospace manufacturing, including niche technical positions.
- Leverage advanced sourcing techniques, including social media platforms, job boards, and professional networks, to identify and engage high-caliber candidates.
- Conduct comprehensive screening and assessment processes to ensure alignment with the business unit’s technical and cultural requirements.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand workforce needs and provide strategic recruitment solutions.
- Maintain and analyze recruitment metrics and dashboards to track performance, identify trends, and optimize hiring processes.
- Utilize MS Excel and other MIS tools to generate detailed recruitment reports, ensuring data accuracy and actionable insights.
- Drive employer branding initiatives to position Adani Defence and Aerospace as an employer of choice within the defence and aerospace sector.
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to onboarding.
- Stay updated on industry trends, talent market dynamics, and emerging recruitment technologies to continuously enhance the talent acquisition process.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in recruitment, with a demonstrated ability to manage high-volume and specialized hiring preferably in Defense & Aerospace sectorsStrong knowledge of the defense industry, including cyber security, communications, and surveillance.Proven expertise in sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates in high-tech or manufacturing industries.Strong proficiency in recruitment analytics, MIS reporting, and advanced MS Excel functionalities.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.Willingness to travel as needed for industry events and candidate meetings.Educational Background
