Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, generating leads, and assisting customers with queries in a professional manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Handle inbound calls and provide appropriate information.
- Generate leads and follow up to convert them into sales opportunities.
- Maintain and update customer database and call records.
- Explain products / services clearly to customers.
- Schedule appointments or meetings for the sales team.
- Achieve daily / weekly / monthly call and conversion targets.
- Resolve customer queries or escalate to the relevant department.
- Maintain a positive, professional, and customer-friendly attitude.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Excellent communication skills (Hindi / English).Strong listening and convincing ability.Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).Ability to handle targets and work under pressure.Positive attitude and willingness to learn.Prior experience in telecalling or customer support (preferred but not mandatory).Education
Graduation preferred.Work Experience
0–1 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales.Salary
