Role Description

This is an on-site internship role for a Telecaller Intern, located in Kakori. The Telecaller Intern will be responsible for contacting potential clients, explaining services, answering inquiries, and maintaining client databases. Interns will need to handle routine follow-ups, manage leads, and support the sales team by providing feedback from clients during communication.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills
• Basic proficiency in data entry and managing client records
• Team collaboration and adaptability skills to offer excellent client service
• Previous knowledge or interest in telecalling and customer engagement is beneficial
• Fluency in local languages would be an added advantage, but not required
