Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer to provide Level 1 (L1) technical support at our Gurugram office.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide end-user support across various platforms and applications.
• Perform installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
• Install and troubleshoot security tools and software.
• Deliver effective remote support to users as needed.
• Assist with internal security audits and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
• Offer basic support for network-related issues.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware problems for desktops, laptops, and other IT equipment.
• Support and troubleshoot UC, VoIP, and webinar tools.
