About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead with strong expertise in Golang development, AWS cloud services, and database design. The ideal candidate will lead a team of developers, design scalable solutions, and ensure best practices in coding, architecture, and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and guide a team of engineers in developing high-quality software solutions.
• Architect, design, and implement applications using Golang, ensuring scalability and performance.
• Design and optimize database schemas and queries for efficiency and reliability.
• Leverage AWS cloud services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, etc.) for deployment, monitoring, and scaling applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, DevOps) to deliver robust solutions.
• Establish coding standards, perform code reviews, and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues across the stack.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies.
