Job descriptionFord is implementing SAP S4 HANA based ERP programs across multiple skill teams, which will modernize, improve productivity, reduce the size and complexity of Ford's technical footprint, emphasize differentiating capabilities, and to transform and standardize its business processes. This position will be part of the Foundational Products group in SAP Enterprise Platform Organization and this team is responsible to provide API Enablement and Enhancements development services using SAP ABAP programming and BTP JAVA / Cloud Application Programming. Qualifications for Internal Candidates Candidate should have prior product management experience in an Agile project / program. Candidate must have strong functional skills and should be able to work with global IT Teams / Business customers. Working knowledge of an ERP product, preferably SAP. Ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities. Experience in using Jira tool. Ability to quickly and accurately scope requirements / develop solid estimates and interpret ambiguous data. Ability to adapt and mentor team members of varying experience levels. Willingness to learn the technology and hands-on work, when required. Strong customer mindset and ability to develop customer relationships. Ability to manage workload, time, and prioritization of tasks across competing workstreams and stakeholders.
