A Day in the Life :

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned :

• Identify and leverage key data sets, AI-driven tools, and advanced analytics to integrate pay, performance, and business outcomes, delivering actionable insights that enhance decision-making, scale Total Rewards strategies, and drive strategic alignment for greater impact and efficiency.
• Translate complex datasets into clear, compelling stories that message both the what and the why. Tailor insights to effectively engage diverse audiences, including executives, people leaders, and employees.
• Drive Total Rewards initiatives end-to-end, from solution design within the Center of Expertise (COE) to seamless implementation across broader HR services.
• Identify, develop, and implement process improvement opportunities that enhance efficiency, standardization, and impact across Total Rewards programs.
• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and data integrity across all Total Rewards programs, models, and reporting mechanisms.

SPECIALIST CAREER STREAM : Typically an individual contributor with responsibility in a professional discipline or specialty.

Delivers and / or manages projects assigned and works with other stakeholders to achieve desired results.

May act as a mentor to colleagues or may direct the work of other lower level professionals.

The majority of time is spent delivering and overseeing the projects from design to implementation while and adhering to policies, using specialized knowledge and skills normally acquired through advanced education.
