Job description6-month internship : ₹12,000 / month Full-time after internship : ₹15,000 / month (reviewed as the brand grows) On-site only : Ashok Nagar, Chennai (no remote / hybrid) Are self-driven, organised, and reliable (you close loops without being chased) Love getting things done more than talking about them Want to see your work translate into visible brand growth (Bonus) Have interest in Indian art, classical culture, or storytelling You want titles, shortcuts, or “strategy roles” without doing the work You’re looking for remote, hybrid, or flexible hours You dislike stalls, packing, follow-ups, or talking to customers Not Chief of Staff / Product / Strategy / AI / Engineering Not corporate. What you’ll do (hands-on, daily)
- Manage vendors, customers, and orders end-to-end
- Coordinate day-to-day operations (inventory, packing, dispatch, follow-ups)
- Support marketing & storytelling (basic Canva, captions, DMs, logistics)
- Man our stalls at events / pop-ups; represent Aarla in person
- Learn how a D2C brand is built and shipped — for real, not in a deck
