Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Restaurant Manager located in Pune. The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring seamless workflows and outstanding customer experiences. Key responsibilities include managing customer satisfaction, supervising staff, coordinating hiring and training processes, ensuring high standards in food and beverage preparation, and fostering efficient, effective communication among team members. The Restaurant Manager will collaborate across teams to maintain brand standards while meeting revenue and operational goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
• Experience with Hiring and team management to build and lead a high-performing restaurant team.
• Strong Communication skills, including verbal and interpersonal communication, to foster teamwork and resolve issues effectively.
• Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations to maintain quality and compliance with brand standards.
• Leadership, organizational, and time-management skills to manage workflows efficiently.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is a plus but not required.
• Prior experience in restaurant management or the food and beverage industry is highly beneficial.
