About the Role :

We’re looking for a hands-on Technical Architect with deep expertise in Node.Js, React.Js, and Java, who can design, build, and optimize large-scale distributed systems.

You’ll architect and implement scalable microservices, define observability standards using Prometheus and Grafana, and ensure every component is performant, secure, and production ready.

This role is for technologists who want to code, design, and shape engineering excellence — not just review it.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and build enterprise-grade applications using Node.Js (Nest.Js / Express), React.Js (Hooks / Next.Js), and Java (Spring Boot).
• Architect microservices and event-driven systems optimized for scalability, resilience, and modularity.
• Define observability architecture — metrics, tracing, and dashboards — using Prometheus and Grafana (mandatory).
• Implement performance tuning, load testing, and proactive alerting to maintain high availability.
• Drive DevOps alignment, including CI / CD pipelines, Kubernetes deployments, and cloud-native design patterns.
• Create and maintain architecture artifacts — diagrams, decisions (ADR), and scalability roadmaps.
• Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies to improve developer productivity and system reliability.
• Mentor engineers on architecture patterns, design decisions, and clean code principles.
• Partner with product and business stakeholders to translate ideas into robust, production-grade solutions.
