Responsible for managing order to cash process for NA region.

About the role :

Performs key activities and problem solving activities related to broad business operations.

Order to cash end-to-end process, including order management, licensing, provisioning, assets & entitlements, royalties, returns, tech support replacements, logistics, and billing.

Conducts these activities across a range of go-to-market motions.

Partners cross-functionally leading problem solving and issue resolution related to order complexity – with sales, channel, legal, deal desk, revenue, product management, finance, and sales operations.

Works closely with key channel partners building relationships, enabling, and working together important initiatives.

Collaborates with IT on process and systems improvements.

About you :

Graduation in any discipline, preferably commerce / business administration.

3+ years of experience in Operations related roles in multinational companies.

Good communication skills : Fluency in English is a must

Advanced computer skills (Google apps) and CRM related systems.

Strong work ethic & organizational skills

Analytical and problem solving abilities

Prioritization, attention to detail and task management skills
