Key Responsibilities :
- Client Relationship Management : Serve as the main point of contact for agencies and clients, addressing their requirements in a timely manner and driving the day-to-day relationship.
- New Client Acquisition : Actively seek and acquire new clients to expand the business portfolio.
- Performance Monitoring : Track and monitor performance and delivery to ensure client objectives are being met.
- Onboarding : Manage the onboarding process for new clients to ensure smooth transitions.
- Troubleshooting : Address any challenges or issues that arise during campaign execution and ensure quick resolutions.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (preferred).6-9 years of experience in Client Services or Account Management within digital or online advertising .Proven experience in managing client relationships and meeting objectives.Strong ability to acquire new clients and expand business relationships.Problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot during campaign execution.Skills Required
